Financial Aid Deadlines

Fall Semester: June 1st

Spring Semester: Nov 1st

Summer Semester: April 1st

If the deadline has passed, you are still allowed to submit applications and documents.

Students submitting items after the deadline should be prepared to pay tuition and fees then allow the amount of time listed to receive reimbursement.

Processing Time for Document Submission:

September - April
Allow 8 weeks processing time

May - August
Allow 12 weeks processing time

HOPE Scholarship or HOPE Grant ONLY	The first step to complete the (HOPE Scholarship/Grant Application) GSFAPPS application is for the student to create a GACollege411 account. It is highly recommended that you click here for printable instructions on setting up your account, creating your "profile", and completing the GSFAPPS application.
Federal Stafford Loan	FAFSA Online Stafford Entrance Loan Counseling Session Master Promissory Note for Stafford Loan
Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS)	FAFSA completed by the student Master Promissory Note for PLUS Loan
GSC Foundation Scholarships	FAFSA GSC Scholarship application
GI Bill / Veterans Affairs (VA) Education Benefits / HERO Scholarship	GSC Veterans Affairs website - includes all applications to apply for the GI Bill & HERO Scholarship Veterans are encouraged to complete the FAFSA.
