Students with print-related disabilities:

Funding Education Beyond High School Audio Highlights. Helps students decide what to study, what school is right for them, what to look for and look out for in financing their education and information on nonfederal sources of student aid. This  is available online at www.FederalStudentAid.ed.gov/audio. A CD can be ordered on the website or phone number listed below.

Students who are blind or visually impaired and need information in Braille:

  1. Funding Education Beyond High School: The Guide to Federal Student Aid. The guide covers the three major types of federal student aid available-grants, loans and work-study and explains how to apply for them. It also mentions sources of nonfederal aid.
  2. Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Worksheet. This is a guide for students to use when they apply for FAFSA on paper or when they apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
  3. Braille Bookmark. Lists important websites and phone numbers for students to find more information about Federal Student Aid.

Students who are deaf or hard of hearing and need general information about federal student aid,  the TTY number is 800-730-8913.
