Geology is a broad field and has direct application in fields including geography, engineering, chemistry and more.  Courses are available for both the science and non-science majors. Students become adept at problem solving and analysis while examining earth processes and properties. We strive to develop critical insight, judgment, and thought processes that prepare students to rationally examine scientific and technological challenges of the future.
