GSC offers core curricular courses in support of pre-Dental Hygiene students who wish to apply to enter the Dental Hygiene program at Lanier Tech. Core courses at GSC may take up to two years to complete. Once the academic and dental experience requirements are met, students apply to GSC to enter Lanier Tech’s clinical component. Acceptance into Lanier Tech’s program is highly competitive. If accepted into the clinical program, students do their hands-on work at Lanier Tech. The clinical courses take 1 year and 9 months to complete (7 quarters). Dental Hygiene courses at Lanier Tech are only offered on their main campus in Oakwood.
