In addition to the completion of required courses, certificate recipients must:

• Pass all certificate courses with a grade of "C" or better
• Obtain an overall GPA of 2.5 or better for certificate courses

GIS Certificate Graduation Application

1. Fill out the GIS Program Planning Sheet (see your advisor) immediately upon completion of your next-to-last semester of GIS courses
2. Take two (2) copies of the sheet to your GIS advisor for approval and signature
3. Take the completed sheet to the registrar's office
