Board of Regents' Guaranteed Tuition Plan (FAQs)

Summer 2010 Tuition and Fees are due by 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 6, 2010, for students who register for Summer courses by April 23, 2010.  Fall 2010 Tuition and Fees deadline will be announced at a later date.

  • Fee Schedule for New Students entering Fall 2009, Spring 2010, or Summer 2010
  • Fee Schedule for New Students in Fall 2008, Spring 2009, or Summer 2009*

    *Effective Fall 2008, entering freshmen and  transfer students will pay the approved Fall 2008 guaranteed rate.  Freshmen will retain the rate for 9 consecutive semesters for 2-year programs and 15 consecutive semesters for 4-year programs.  University System of Georgia (USG) transfer students remain on the guaranteed tuition plan for 9 consecutive semesters for 2-year programs or 15 consecutive semesters for 4-year programs effective their semester of entry into the USG but are expected to pay GSC's tuition rate for that plan.  Non-USG transfer students will retain the rate for 6 consecutive semesters for 2-year and/or 4-year programs.
  • Fee Schedule for New Students in Fall 2007, Spring 2008, or Summer 2008*

    *Effective Fall 2007, entering freshmen and  transfer students will pay the approved Fall 2007 guaranteed rate.  Freshmen will retain the rate for 9 consecutive semesters for 2-year programs and 15 consecutive semesters for 4-year programs.  University System of Georgia (USG) transfer students remain on the guaranteed tuition plan for 9 consecutive semesters for 2-year programs or 15 consecutive semesters for 4-year programs effective their semester of entry into the USG but are expected to pay GSC's tuition rate for that plan.  Non-USG transfer students will retain the rate for 6 consecutive semesters for 2-year and/or 4-year programs.
  • Fee Schedule for First-time Freshmen in Spring 2007 or Summer 2007*

    *These students will pay the approved 2006-2007 guaranteed rate and will retain it for 9 consecutive semesters for 2-year programs. The base rate for tuition will be guaranteed for 12 consecutive semesters for 4-year programs plus the differential amount for upper-division courses (3000-4000 level courses).
  • Fee Schedule for First-time Freshmen in Fall 2006*

    *According to the University System of Georgia Guaranteed Tuition Plan termination policy, the guaranteed rate for first-time freshmen in Fall 2006 expires effective for the Fall 2009 semester.  Students entering in Fall 2006 should refer to the Fee Schedule for New Students entering Fall 2009, Spring 2010.
