The American Historical Association Teaching and Learning website contains information about teaching a variety of historical and cultural aspects, including “Discovering American Social History on the Web.” The Georgia Historical Society’s home page provides links for education programs, a collection list, and publications. The Secretary of State website, Documenting Family History in Georgia, provides information about how to begin documenting a family history. The site contains links for government records, how to conduct home-based research, and electronic resources. The Library of Congress' American Memory website is a treasure trove of primary sources. The section entitled Learning Page contain great lesson plans and activities in using American Memory in a variety of settings. |
