 Where do I obtain a liability waiver for off-campus, GSC sponsored activities?

Answer
  • On the Gainesville Campus, liability waiver forms are available in the Student Life Office and the Office of the Division of Student Affairs.  Both offices are located in the Student Center.

  • On the Oconee Campus, liability waiver forms are available outside the Student Life Office in Room 508 of the Student Resource Center.

  • The sponsors of the special event will have liability waiver forms available to distribute before the start of the event.
