Students that have official SAT or official ACT scores may submit those scores and exempt placement testing if they meet Gainesville State College's minimum requirements and meet the 16 CPC unit requirements:  SAT English (now Critical Reading) 480 and Math 460 or ACT English 20 and Math 19.  Only nationally administered SAT/ACT scores will be accepted.  Test scores must come directly from the issuing agency or on an official high school transcript, and must be sent to the Admissions Office.  Photocopies of score reports will not be accepted.
