- MMR: Measle, Mumps, Rubella - required for all students born in 1957 or later
- Tetanus-Diphtheria - required of all students (Td booster dose in the last 10 years or Primary Series with DTaP, DTP or Td).
- Varicella - required of all students born 1966 or later (Either history of the chicken pox, a positive varicella antibody, or two doses of vaccine at least one month apart if immunized after age 13).
- Hepatitis B - required of all students who are 18 years of age or younger (Three doses of vaccine or a positive Hepatitis surface antibody).
