National Academy for Academic Leadership educates academic decision makers to be leaders for sustained, integrated institutional change that significantly improves student learning. Its curriculum is based on research and best practices. Its programs are designed both for institutional teams working on campus projects and for individuals – presidents, board members, vice presidents, deans, chairs, and key faculty members – with role-specific responsibilities and concerns.  http://thenationalacademy.org

National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD) has been dedicated to the professional development of faculty, administrators, and staff; and to the continued improvement of teaching and learning, with the ultimate goal of student success. NISIOD has an annual International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence each spring.  http://www.nisod.org/aboutus/index.html  NISOD has partnered with Adobe to create a webinar series. Each Webinar will be delivered using Adobe Connect Professional—all a participant needs is a Flash-enabled computer and access to a phone.
