National Institute for Staff & Organizational Development (NISOD) has been dedicated to the professional development of faculty, administrators, and staff; and to the continued improvement of teaching and learning, with the ultimate goal of student success. Professional and Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (POD) fosters human development in higher education through faculty, instructional, and organizational development.  Each year the POD Network sponsors an annual conference that attracts both experienced and novice practitioners in the fields of faculty, instructional, and organizational development.
