Leave A Legacy is a community-wide educational campaign to encourage people from all walks of life to consider making gifts to the charities of their choice through wills and estate plans. The Gainesville State College Foundation is joining forces with other local and state non-profit organizations to take the lead in promoting the Leave A Legacy educational program.

Perhaps you have regularly supported your favorite charity throughout your lifetime. Through Leave A Legacy, you will learn how you can make gifts to local charities that will continue to provide for the needs of the community long after you are gone.

Some giving methods are quite simple, such as a bequest by will. Others, like trusts, call for more complex arrangements and require the assistance of an attorney, accountant or bank trust officer. In all classes, we are available to provide information and answer questions that you or your advisors may have.
