Preapproved PLU Credit Courses Online for Teachers

Transcript and Duplicate Certificate FeesTo request transcripts or
duplicate certificates for non-credit courses taken, including those
earning CEU’s, please contact the Office of Continuing Education at
(678)717-3605. Beginning July 1, 2004, there is a $5.00 fee for
each transcript and duplicate certificate. For phone orders,
participants must use a credit/debit card. Mailed requests should
enclose a check or appropriate credit card information. Please
include your name, address, and social security number when
requesting transcripts or certificates.
Academic course transcripts may be obtained by contacting the
Registrar's Office at (678) 717-3644.
