Real Estate Salesperson's Prelicensing Course
(Classroom)
This INSTRUCTOR-LED, IN CLASSROOM COURSE covers the fundamentals of real estate practices and policies
and is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. It is designed
to assist the student preparing for the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson's
License Examination. The State Exam may be taken after successfully
completion of this course.
Special Notice: The Real Estate Commission may deny a license
to an applicant who has had a prior criminal conviction or sanction;
therefore, it is recommended applicants make appropriate disclosures prior

Pre-licensing Course and the Georgia Mastery Test Prep Course; 25-hour
Post-licensing;120 and 60-hour Home Inspection Course (CD-Rom only), Home
