Disability Services
Disability Services works to create access to all aspects of the educational experience by creating an accessible academic, social, and physical environment for students with disabilities. The Disability Services Coordinators serve as a catalyst for promoting disability awareness and advocacy for students, faculty, and staff at Gainesville State College and throughout the community in affirmation of the philosophy and spirit of the Americans with Disability Act.
Gainesville State College
Welcomes otherwise qualified students with disabilities and attempts to accommodate those students in every reasonable way. Students who need special arrangements should apply to Gainesville State College and notify the Disability Services office at least one semester prior to the date of their initial enrollment. Accommodations for students with diagnosed and documented disabilities will be made on an individual basis.
