Hope Scholarship

The HOPE Scholarship program is for students that have demonstrated academic achievement and that are seeking a college degree. There are several ways to become eligible for the HOPE Scholarship, either by graduating from high school as a HOPE Scholar or by earning it while in college. Students who meet all other eligibility requirements may receive the HOPE Scholarship until seven years after their high school graduation, home study completion, or GED test date.  For more information, please review the HOPE Scholarship regulations.

Zell Miller Scholarship
2012-2013 Zell Miller Scholarship Payment Schedule​​ 2011-2012 Zell Miller Scholarship Payment Schedule

 

The Zell Miller Scholarship program is for students who have demonstrated academic achievement and that are seeking a college degree. Generally, to become eligible, a student must graduate from an eligible high school with a 3.70 GPA and a minimum score on the SAT/ACT. Students who meet all other eligibility requirements may receive the Zell Miller Scholarship until seven years after their high school graduation.  For more information, please review the Zell Miller Scholarship Regulations.

HOPE Grant

The HOPE Grant program is for students seeking a technical certification or diploma, regardless of the student's high school grade point average or graduation date. For more information, please review the HOPE Grant Regulations.  

HOPE GED Grant 

Georgia's HOPE GED Grant is a $500 voucher available to students who earned a General Education Development (GED/high school equivalency) diploma awarded by the Technical College System of Georgia after June 30, 1993. For more information, please review the HOPE GED Grant Regulations.

Application for all State Scholarships/Grants

The State Scholarship Application (GSFAPPS) is completed only once, not yearly.  If you complete the FAFSA, then you are not required to complete GSFAPPS.  However, it is fine to complete both.  

Submit a Request for HOPE Scholarship Eligibility Review by the posted Deadlines, if you think you are eligible for the HOPE Scholarship.
 
Submit an Application for Review of Retroactive HOPE Payment if you have become eligible for the HOPE Scholarship based on a late grade change, or after reaching 30 attempted hours (only for homeschooled students or graduates from a high school which is not a HOPE eligible school).
