Chapter 33 is the Post 9/11 GI Bill.  You are eligible if you served at least 90 days of aggregate service after September 11, 2001.  Note: Once you elect to receive benefits under Chapter 33, you will NO longer be eligible to receive benefits under the program from which you elected the Post 9/11 GI Bill.
