PART TIME PROJECT SUPPORT
SPECIALIST
Position:
SUMMARY
This
position will support the planning and institutional research projects and
initiatives that come from OPIR. These
include comprehensive program review and general education outcomes assessment,
SACS preparation, multiple committees, internal assessment, capacity planning,
the
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
·
Support committees by arranging meetings, preparing meeting packets, reserving
rooms, emailing reminders, taking minutes, etc.
·
Support IR initiatives by:
o
Loading surveys into
software
o
Entering data
o
Managing
spreadsheets/databases
o
Disseminating reports
o
Scanning and organizing
assessment documents
o
Providing administrative
support for mail out surveys and other assessment projects
o
Working with departments and
divisions to support their assessment activities
