Online Support Center
The University System of Georgia offers an online support center for eLearning, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The support center features a knowledge base for frequent questions and problems. In addition, email, live chat and telephone support are also available from this site.
Help Desk Support
Student Helpdesk workers on both campuses can often provide assistance for routine issues and technical problems.

Throughout the semester, the eLearning system undergoes routine maintenance during which period it is temporarily unavailable. Normally this occurs every two weeks from 10:00 p.m. on Friday night until 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
