Office of Academic Enrichment

The Office of Academic Enrichment supports the operations of the following units/programs: 

Historically Gainesville State College has placed a high priority on student success by providing a broad array of academic support services designed to assist students in achieving their academic goals. These services have included learning support for students whose academic backgrounds place them at academic risk, supplemental instruction for courses which have higher withdrawal rates and higher rates of unsatisfactory grades earned, tutoring, and general academic assistance. The OAE expects to facilitate collaboration, provide opportunities for assessing the efficacy of various services and programs, and spur the development of new strategies to further enhance student academic success.

Mission
The mission of the Office of Academic Enrichment is to improve student success via the collaboration and integration of programs dedicated to academic support across the campuses of Gainesville State College.
