Allow one week from when full proposal materials are received by IRB Chair for proposal to be given to IRB members. 

 

Allow one week for IRB to send their comments/recommendations to Chair.

 

Chair will consolidate and send recommendations/suggestions to researcher within one week after receiving feedback from IRB committee.

 

Most Exempt and Expedited proposals will be completed by the IRB in two-four weeks. The need for more in-depth analysis, clarifications, and/or extensive rewrites may lengthen this timeframe.
