A CPR committee representing all current baccalaureate programs developed the CPR process for GSC and reviewed all initial reports. After the first round, the following review process will occur:
- Annual flag indicator reports as well as full CPR reports are first reviewed by the Dean of the School in which the program resides.
- The information is then reviewed by the Academic Assessment Advisory Board who may make recommendations to the Dean’s Council.
- The Dean’s Council, including the VPAA, then makes the final recommendations to that program.
- Any resulting program changes are documented on the annual flag indicator reports and reviewed at the subsequent cycle.
