Description

The GSC website hosts several types of public and private online forms available for Faculty and Staff:

• SharePoint Custom Lists (Ex. Club and Organization Request)  
• InfoPath Forms (Ex.Additional Allocation Application for Clubs and Organizations)
• SharePoint Surveys (Ex. SGA Elections)

Availability

IT personnel can either create online forms and surveys upon request OR train faculty and staff to create online forms and surveys.  Support depends upon staff availability and sufficient request time before deadline.  Requests for online forms and surveys may be directed to webmaster@gsc.edu.
