Event Scheduling Technology
Currently, Faculty and Staff may space and related services for events using several online systems, which are listed under Resources below. This system will soon be replaced by a unified and comprehensive calendar system which will be used on both campuses.
- Support requests for the Event Request System may be emailed to Rick Coker (email@example.com).
- Issues or questions regarding room schedules on the portal may be emailed to Valarie Reeves (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- Questions on how to add an event to the master calendar or edit that event may be directed to Jeannie Nash (email@example.com).
- Questions on the future calendar system, currently in the configuration process may be directed to Jeannie Nash (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Master Calendar approvals are made by the Office of Public Relations and may be directed to Debbie Krewson (email@example.com).
