Faculty and Staff may request audio/visual support for GSC sponsored events. Support includes but is not limited to:
- Setting up video and sound equipment
- Live streaming for multiple event locations
- Videotaping or providing equipment and instruction
- Providing technical support during major events to make sure equipment works properly
The Digital Media Group operates according to a request system where faculty and staff request services at least two weeks in advance. We are staffed to service most events during standard operating hours but try to accommodate at least one special event, an event outside standard operating hours, per week. Requestors will receive a response within two business days letting him/her know whether support is available for the event.
