Ms. Dean Lieburn joined
the Gainesville State College team in
February, 2001, and celebrated five years of
service at the Annual College Breakfast in
August, 2006. She began her GSC career in
Human Resources and moved to the Academic
Affairs Office in August, 2004. Before Ms.
Lieburn came to GSC, she worked locally at
the Gainesville Times newspaper in the
Accounting Department. Her previous USG
experience was at Darton College in Albany,
GA. Ms. Lieburn holds an A.A.S. in
Accounting from Gateway College in Racine,
WI. She is currently attending Gainesville
State College, pursuing a B.A.S. in
Technology Management. Ms. Lieburn is a
member of the Gainesville State College
Women’s Organization, and the Gainesville
State College Staff Council. She is a
member of the Gainesville Chorale, and is
actively involved in the Hall County Relay
for Life, where she served as co-captain of
the GSC team. Ms. Lieburn is a native
Georgian; however, she spent almost 20 years
in Wisconsin. She now resides in the
Gainesville area with her husband, Dennis.
Her hobbies include reading, music, and of
course, Green Bay Packer football.
